At work some of the people here cook frozen dinners like Lean Cuisine for lunch. Then the stinky smell permeates the office and makes me feel like puking. It smells like burning chemicals. I haven't look at the ingredients in one of those entrees in a while, but I think you would be better off eating fries and chicken wings than chemicals masquerading as food. It's nasty.

This gave me an inspiration. I struggle with what to pack for lunch and we really need to stop spending so much eating out. I could eat a tuna sandwich everyday but my DH would tire of that after about one day. There are a few "not nasty" frozen meals but the healthy/natural ones are too expensive and too small. So I may try the once a month cook and freeze method for lunches! Cook a few large batches of various meals. Freeze in single serving containers. Have toyed with the concept for dinners. But it may work best for me for lunch.

The Lean Cuisines are the foulest smelling of them all.

Never had anyone scorch a full bag of popcorn? Way worse permeating smell than a Lean Cuisine. Maybe you should escape during lunch outside and miss the worst of the smelly stuff?
