Not sure if I am "rich" though probably so by the House and Senate leadership definition (although none of them are "regular" but they pay way less tax than any of us), I got back under $500 for my trouble of working 3 jobs to try and provide fairly well for my family and prep for 2 kids in college. This is the lowest amount I ever got back in 30 years, except the one time I actually had to pay (Clinton year). Am reducing hours on one job to try and have more money.
