Sigh. Today I gave in and joined the realms of geeky engineers at work who wear their sports watch with business casual or suits. I had two Fossils; both of them kicked the bucket. For a while I thought it was cool how I didn't know what time it was. It does reduce quite a bit of anxiety about how long it is taking to do this or that or how late I am running. So this morning I put on my trusty Timex Ironman with my dress clothes.

I gave up wearing my "nice" watches to work a few months ago. I often workout immediately after work. One day I grew tired of having to remember to pack my sports watch, so one day I decided to my sports watch my primary watch.

Wearing a sports watch to work saves time and makes sense to me, until someone gifts me a Tag Heuer.

Come over to the dark side, Megabeth. Sports watch with 101 functions, pocket protector with multicolors of pens, wood pencils and mechanical pencils, Blackberry, pager, cell phone on your belt... we are your technological father Megabeth...
