Currently I have the remnants of three cookies sitting atop my desk. One is a chocolate chip caramel Pepperidge Farm soft-baked cookie. The other is a sugar Pepperidge Farm soft-baked cookie. And the other is a cinnamon Metamucil fiber wafer. Which one tastes best? The Metamucil wafer. The PF cookies taste like they have been soaked in a chemical preservative bath.
Fiber is good for you. It makes you feel full so you don't snack on junk food.
Secondhand smoke, on the other hand, is very bad for you. This article justifies my openly negative response to smokers (I treat them as if they have a communicable disease that is transmitted by mere proximity).

I personally like the chocolate tofu that's out now. Pretty tasty.

Amazing! In one post you mentioned two topics that I feel very strongly about, cookies and cigeratte smoking. I absolutely love EVERYTHING, well almost everything, about cookies. Nothing, well almost nothing, is better than a good cookie. Re smoking. I absolutely hate it. I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would even start. I see nothing good about it whatsoever. Anyway, I could go on, but I won't.

Not sure I could go for those cookies. Now a fresh, hot from the oven, peanut butter cookie is something to behold! Cigarette smoking, yuck, can't stand the odor cloud that surrounds them or anything else about it.
